Poors Allotment is owned by Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust and is a fantastic example of acid grassland and heathland that, over the years, has allowed a wide range of fascinating wildlife to flourish.

We expect to see a good range of widespread and common butterflies and some interesting wild flowers.

Meet at the Tidenham Chase car park on B4228 (Grid Ref ST558992) approximately a mile north of Chepstow in the Forest of Dean. Note for satnavs use postcode NP16 7JR and see the OS map below for the exact position of the car park.
