The Butterfly Nectar Garden at Prinknash is part of the walled garden owned by the monks at Prinknash Abbey, near Cranham, Gloucester GL4 8EX. Members of the Branch will be on hand to answer questions about butterflies and plants and Butterfly Conservation in general. No charge for the garden entry. There is a large car park and a café.

Starting with a talk about all things moths (what they are, their diversity, moth feats and their conservation), we will then venture out to see the moths that have been attracted by traps set in the Grounds. Scrub clearance to enhance Duke of Burgundy habitat. Parking is limited along the roadside on the eastern side of the common, meet at SO846105. (The OS map below marks one of the parking places.)
